A PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE

At and early age Sonny had a fascination with real estate when his father used to take him to open houses to look at homes. Ever since these early experiences Sonny has had a passion for real estate, construction and design.  

After 18 years of a career in new product introduction with companies like Home Depot, Remington, and Char-Broil Gas Grills; Sonny decided that he wanted to pursue his passion of marketing and selling homes. When Sonny left his job in corporate America to pursue a career in real estate, his passion made him an immediate success. He sees this success as a direct result of his fondness for working with people and his dedication to helping his clients accomplish their goals.

Sonny’s association with real estate goes far beyond helping clients achieve their goals; he’s been active in buying, remodeling, and selling his own properties for over 20 years. And, as a true advocate of Atlanta and Atlanta Metro as a whole, he makes it his business to know what the Atlanta real estate market is doing at all times.

Sonny’s passion for real estate is apparent to all who know him, but not all know that this passion lured him away from a successful career in Merchandising and product development. Nor do they realize that the experience in negotiation and design are a few of the major benefits he brings his buyers and sellers so that they attain beneficial terms and outcome in their Atlanta real estate transactions!

He uses his negotiation background to analyze every angle and be ready for any issues that may come up during a transaction.
